REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a person with basic knowledge of accounting who wants to join an international team within a port company
RECOMMENDATIONS: We work with ships in the port area of Valencia so we value positive knowledge of logistics or experience in maritime issues.
TASKS:
  • Assisting in the preparation of accounts
  • Dealing with basic book keeping
  • Knowledge of computerised accounting systems
  • Cooperate with other departments in order to meet company's business goals
  • Assist with team decision making
  • Processing payments and invoices
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc.
  • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
WORKING HOURS: 30 hours per week
