The company also participates as a partner in executing technical work (engineering, business models, LCA, LCC...).

  • Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure.
  • Competitive positioning and competitive product analysis
  • Creating strategic commercial and expansion plans
  • Conducting a Risk-Analysis
  • Identifying market barriers
  • Implementing market segmentation strategies
