Job duties and responsibilities:

Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
Contact references and perform background checks
Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
Hire or refer qualified candidates
Conduct new employee orientations
Process paperwork
Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications

The quantity and type of activities performed by each intern will depend on his/her interests, knowledge, performance, experience and attitude.

TAREFAS:
  • Estar envolvido no recrutamento de pessoal e avaliações.
  • Ajudar a projetar e entregar sessões de grupo destinadas a desenvolver habilidades de empregabilidade
  • Usando uma variedade de ferramentas de avaliação, como testes de personalidade, guias de interesse baseados em computador e ferramentas de diagnóstico, para ajudar os clientes a identificar, esclarecer e avaliar as necessidades
  • Identificar habilidades, ativos, problemas e necessidades da comunidade
  • Contribuir para o planeamento estratégico de desenvolvimento a longo prazo e/ou gestão de catástrofes para reduzir a necessidade de intervenção em situações de crise
  • Apoio ao departamento jurídico nas áreas de fiscalidade, processo civil, comercial e laboral
  • Fazer a ligação com departamentos dentro de sua própria organização ou com organizações que recrutão voluntários (instituições de caridade e conselhos) para entender como trabalham, desenvolver parcerias e avaliar suas necessidades de voluntariado
  • Processar a documentação e preparar relatórios relacionados às atividades de pessoal (pessoal, recrutamento, treinamento, reclamações, avaliações de desempenho etc
  • Coordenar projetos de RH (reuniões, treinamentos, pesquisas etc) e agendar minutas, preparar apresentações (interna e externamente)
