TAREFAS:
  • Provide technical assistance to customers regarding the operation of our electric vehicle chargers, both by phone and email
  • Provide technical guidance on the installation and proper use of our products.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems, offering practical and effective solutions to the French and English-speaking markets.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in French.
  • Provide information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns effectively
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience.
HORAS DE TRABALHO: 40 Horas por semana
